Website Setup Package

As WebEaze has grown, so has the time, technology, and support required to build and maintain websites that perform. To meet those requirements and serve clients better, we’ve transitioned to a subscription-based model that offers greater value and long-term growth support.

With this shift, the original Website Setup Package has officially grandfathered and is no longer offered to new clients. 

If you originally signed a Scope of Work under the Website Setup Package, your plan will be honored through the end of your original agreement (12 or 18 months). You are now considered part of our Essential plan, which includes:

• Domain and content management
• Bi-monthly performance and uptime maintenance 
• Ongoing security monitoring and updates
• Support for emergency website or security issues
• Access to our Help Center

Your plan is now considered limited support, meaning:

• Only email support is available. No live chat unless you upgrade your plan.
• Previously added features cannot be reverted or changed without an upgrade or in accordance with our Fee Schedule.

You may view our available plans here. 

Once your 12- or 18-month support period ends, you’ll need to choose from one our current plans to continue receiving ongoing support and maintenance. At that time, your plan will be subject to the active pricing and policies available.

• You remain bound by our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
• Your account is still active and managed by WebEaze under our Essential plan.
• If you want access to Live Chat, priority requests, advanced SEO support, or ad-campaign setup: consider upgrading to the Growth or Elite plan. You may receive a special discount due to your commitment as our early clients if you let us know in advance.
