As our business has grown, so has the cost of resources and time needed to create and maintain every website. One of our core values is to provide efficient, thorough website support for every client to ensure they don’t miss out on the next lead, booking, or purchase made on their site.
We’ve went through a recent pricing model that introduces subscriptions. They’re our Essential, Growth, or Elite plans. With this change, we’ve discontinued our Website Support Package and it’s grandfathered.
What does that mean?
We know and understand that you may have signed a Scope of Work which is an agreement that contains what work we’ll cover during your support term. This plan will be honored, meaning you’ll still receive domain & content management and regular security & uptime maintenance.
However, ongoing support for your website is limited. This means you are only able to access Email support if you need a hand with urgent website fixes. Urgent website fixes do not include reverting or switching features that were added previously under our management.
With limited support, you’ll receive:
- domain & content management
- bi-monthly performance & uptime maintenance
- regular security updates
- support for emergency website or security issues
All additions or removals for your website will now require a subscription plan. You can view available plans here.
At the end of your 12 or 18 month agreement, you must subscribe to the current plan and pricing available at that time.
