How can I manage my subscription?
Using the Stripe Portal, you can upgrade, cancel and manage your Client Account with WebEaze.

It’s easy to manage your subscription with WebEaze. Once you subscribe, you can manage your subscription by visiting the Stripe portal.
On the Stripe portal, you can:
- upgrade your subscription*
- cancel your subscription
- update your billing and contact information
How to use your Stripe Portal

You’ll need to log in using the email address you used to sign up with WebEaze. If you no longer have access to it, please let us know. When you log in, you’ll see something like this:

Upgrade your subscription
You may upgrade your subscription at any time. Head over to the Update subscription button and select a new plan.


Important: you won’t be able to downgrade your plan for 12 months after you upgrade your plan. For example, if you subscribe to our Essential plan on May 8, 2025 and decide to upgrade to the Growth plan a month later, you can upgrade to the Growth plan but you won’t be able to downgrade back to an Essential plan until June 8, 2026.
Cancel your subscription
We hope the thought of canceling doesn’t cross your mind, but we understand things change. You can cancel at any time by selecting the Cancel subscription button and follow the steps. You’ll receive a termination email upon cancellation.


Update Billing and Contact Information
If you ever need to update your billing and contact information, you may do so by selecting Add payment method, or Update information button.


Tip: you may select the three dots to update your main payment method, instead of adding a new one.
