How can I manage my plan?

Using the Stripe Portal, you can upgrade, cancel and manage your Client Account with WebEaze.

It’s easy to manage your plan with WebEaze. Once you subscribe, you can manage your subscription by visiting the Stripe portal.

On the Stripe portal, you can:

*Important: you won’t be able to downgrade your plan for 12 months after you upgrade your plan. Further, if you cancel your subscription before a 12 month period you will lose access to your site content.

How to use your Stripe Portal

You’ll need to log in using the email address you used to sign up with WebEaze. If you no longer have access to it, please let us know. When you log in, you’ll see something like this:

Upgrade your plan

You may upgrade your plan at any time. Head over to the Update subscription button and select a new plan.

Cancel your plan

We hope the thought of canceling doesn’t cross your mind, but we understand things change. You can cancel at any time by selecting the Cancel subscription button and follow the steps. You’ll receive a termination email upon cancellation.

Update Billing and Contact Information

If you ever need to update your billing and contact information, you may do so by selecting Add payment method, or Update information button. 

Tip: you may select the three dots to update your main payment method, instead of adding a new one.
