1. Visit the Client Portal

- View current timelines for Website Requests and changes.
- Access to support using our Support Methods.
- Access your Stripe Payment Portal.
- Other important Client Information (closures, etc).
- Stay updated on new features, like website request tracking.*
*We’re currently working to create an integrated Website Tracker for each client. This will help you keep tabs on your website request, especially if it’s time-sensitive.
2. Check Your Email
Checking your email is key with us. It’s our main point of contact. When you subscribe, you receive emails leading up to website launch:
- when we begin working on your website,
- if we need additional information to complete your website,
- when we fully complete and launch your website.
Important: Add [email protected] to your address book. It ensures our emails don’t get mistaken and sent through your spam/junk folders. We’re not responsible if you didn’t receive an email due to it being in an incorrect folder.
