Scope of Work & Service Terms
We work hard to be transparent about what’s included in your service. That starts with our Scope of Work (SOW) and policies.

Do I have to Sign the Scope of Work?
We provide a Scope of Work in your welcome email to outline exactly what’s included in your website or service, including timelines, deliverables, responsibilities, and limitations.
- If you’ve signed it: Awesome! It helps confirm mutual understanding.
- If you haven’t signed it: You’re still bound by the same terms using our services.
When you begin service with WebEaze (whether through payment, onboarding, or portal access), you’re agreeing to our Terms, Refund Policy, and Scope as outlined in the documents provided to you or available on our website.
Why This Matters?
The Scope of Work protects both you and us by:
- Defining what’s included in your plan
- Explaining what falls outside the standard service
- Clarifying timelines and limits (like revision rounds or content deadlines)
- Linking to relevant policies like cancellation and refunds
This helps ensure we can provide consistent, fair service to every client.
