Rarely, WebEaze may contact you after you have joined us in regard to your project/website request in the event we’re unable to fulfill it. Reasons for this include:
- additions and customizations discussed after the project has started
- security issues that we cannot correct or implement
- complexity of the website*
*website complexity is dependent on the amount of time it takes for us to build your website from the beginning. for example, a social media website is far more complex than a traditional shopping website.
How can I avoid this happening to me?
On our home page, and various parts of our website, we include buttons and ways to schedule a consultation with us. This consultation is free, and last 15 minutes. It provides us with so much detail regarding to your website needs, timeline, and budget. During the consultation, if we decide we’re not a fit, we’ll let you know and you can choose another provider at no loss to you.
If you didn’t schedule a consultation with us, we’ll still build and maintain your website, however, there is a very small possibility where we may terminate your project if you ask us to customize your website further and more complex than we anticipated.
Would I get a refund?
If WebEaze terminates your project, we’re unable to issue refunds. Funds paid are significantly used to cover the cost of the services and the time used to research, plan, and deploy your website. View our full Refund Policy here.
