There are no exceptions to the Refund policy. Fraudulent disputes through your financial institution will be your responsibility and may force us to take further action.

At WebEaze, our mission is to deliver high-quality web design services that are affordable, efficient, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Because of the time, tools, and resources involved in every project, we do not offer refunds on any of our services.

Why don’t we offer refunds?

Our work begins as soon as a project or subscription is confirmed. From planning and design to development and support, each step requires dedicated time from our team and the use of third-party tools and software — all of which are invested specifically for your website.

Even in the early stages, substantial time and effort go into setting up your website infrastructure, customizing your design, and preparing your support plan. These resources are not recoverable, and as such, we are unable to issue refunds once work has started or access to our services have been granted. 

What We Do Instead

While we can’t provide refunds, we’re committed to your satisfaction because that’s what makes us unique. We care about each and every client, including you. If you’re every unhappy with an element of your service, we encourage you to contact us so we can work toward a solution. In many cases, we can adjust timelines, offer extra support, or help you make the most of your subscription.
