WebEaze offers two (2) subscriptions and three (3) one-time payment options. We created this model to provide avenues for clients as we know every business is unique and different.
All plans and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. WebEaze will not accept cash, checks, or any other form of payment.
We recently changed our pricing model and we’ve explained why here. Clients who have subscribed before March 1, 2025 are under our grandfathered Website Setup Package.
Essential plan: perfect for solo tutors, independent travel agents, or trade professionals who need a clean online presence without the extras.
Growth plan: designed for growing tutoring centers, travel businesses, or local trades looking for a full-featured website that gets results.
Elite plan: for businesses that need something custom and scalable—whether it’s e-commerce, complex booking systems, or advanced integrations.

Offers and Promotions
From time to time, WebEaze may offer discounts, promotions, or special offers for our plans. These offers are subject to change and may be limited to specific packages or time frames. Offers and promotions are for new clients only, unless otherwise specified. If you have received a discount code or promotional offer, you must enter it at the time of purchase to receive the discount.
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Offers and Promotions expire when the promotional period ends or when supplies run out. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any offers or promotions at any time with or without notice. Offers and Promotions are available to new clients only, unless otherwise specified.
Will the price ever change?
WebEaze is committed to remaining one of the most affordable web design agencies available. To achieve this, we regularly assess the cost of the tools and resources we use to build and maintain your website, as well as the time required to support client requests.
Each year, we conduct a thorough review of our operational costs. If expenses increase, pricing and service features may be adjusted accordingly. Should a change occur, we’ll notify you at least thirty (30) days in advance.
We know that clients may be upset of the cost of services increase, but must understand the amount of time and resources that are put into a beautifully crafted website. If any price change occurs and you don’t agree with it, you’re welcome to cancel your subscription at any time and we wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors.
As a valued client of ours, we offer grace periods and loyalty incentives to thank you for your continued support and trust in our services should our prices increase in the future.
