Can I Pause My Plan Temporarily?

Whether it’s for budgeting, seasonal slowdown, or personal reasons, we get it. While we don’t offer a built-in pause button, we do have a few options.

1. Downgrade to a Lighter Plan 

If you’re on the Growth or Elite plan, you may be eligible to switch to the Essential plan and retain core support while lowering your monthly cost. Just reach out and we’ll review your options. 

2. Cancel & Reactivate Later

You can cancel your plan and come back when you’re ready. Keep in mind:

  • Your website and domain may go offline if hosting is managed by us. 
  • We don’t delete your files or history, but site restoration may include a reactivation fee.
  • We’ll save your design and content for up to 30 days after cancellation unless otherwise discussed.

3. Custom Solutions

If your situation is unique (e.g., you’re pausing for 1-2 months due to travel or life events), we’re happy to work with you. Contact us and we’ll do our best to create a flexible solution and provide options to you. We’re here to help you every step of the way.

Please note: During a paused or canceled plan, you won’t have access to client support, live sessions, or update requests. Paused plans are still considered clients with WebEaze, while canceled plans terminate the client relationship.
