Failed Payments & Grace Periods
We understand that sometimes payments fail. Cards expire, banks flag charges, or you may need a day or two. Here’s what to expect if your payment doesn’t go through.

- You’ll receive an email letting you know.
- We’ll attempt to retry the payment a few times over the next several days.
- If it remains unpaid, your site will be marked as pending and may be paused until payment is resolved. We also reserve the right to cancel your plan for >3 failed payments.
Grace Period
You’ll have a 7-day grace period from the first failed attempt. After that, we’ll:
- Temporary pause your site or support access.
- Disable features that require an active plan.
- If your payment remains unpaid, we’ll cancel your plan and terminate your website project.
How to Fix It?
Update your payment info through your Stripe Payment Portal to resolve it. If you’re having financial trouble, we're happy to work with you. Just let us know by getting in touch.
