We know that our clients have growing businesses which means that integrations and additional features may be needed to provide an excellent experience to their visitors and customers. For example, a business that has hired 3 additional employees may need a live chat integration to better help its customers.
We consider these integrations and additional features as add-ons. We’re happy to be part of your journey and therefore, offer a range of add-on services at any time regardless of your plan.
We consider add-ons to be third-party integrations, including but not limited to integrations such as:
- Website pages
- Calendly/Calendar Integrations
- Additional domain purchase
- Live Chat integrations
- E-commerce functionality
- Custom contact form and processing
- Other API and custom integration that didn’t come with the website originally
We charge add-ons by request:
- Submit a website request.
- We will respond with an invoice to complete.
- We’ll complete your add-on as requested.

Add-ons are charged separately from your plan. The invoice will be open for 7 days from the date we’ve confirmed your request. No work will be performed until your invoice is cleared on our end.
