Below is a list of additional fees that may apply based on optional requests, one-time services, or situations outside of your plan coverage. We’re always transparent about fees and will never charge anything without your approval.
One-Time & Setup Fees

Other Situations That May Incur Fees
- Third-party licensing: Any paid tools (email platforms, font licenses, etc.)
- Exceeding Included Limits: We include fair-use caps.
- Advanced Content Creation: Full blog posts, copywriting, and graphics beyond standard support.
How to purchase additional service?
Submit a Website Request. Indicate what service you’d like done to your website and we’ll follow up confirming the service with an invoice.
All fees are charged through invoicing directly to your Client Account, and separate from your monthly or annual subscription. Any additional fee is communicated to you directly and require your written approval; we don’t automatically charge clients for additional services. Any and all fees are subject to our Refund Policy. Fees listed above may vary based on request and complexity. We reserve the right to deny additional requests at any time.
