Whether it’s a quick text change or adding something new, we make it simple to get help from us, through our Website Request form. It’s one of our support methods included with your WebEaze plan.
For: Essential, Growth, and Elite plans
What Counts as a Website Request? 💻
Common examples include:
- Swapping out text, images, or videos
- Updating service areas, business hours, or pricing
- Fixing layout or formatting issues
- Adding new sections (like testimonials or FAQs)
- Linking buttons or updating contact info

How to Submit a Request
- Go to the Website Request Form
- Enter your name, business website, and detailed description of the update or request
- Upload any images or files directly in the form
- We’ll respond via email once all changes have been made

Important! ⚠️
- Do not directly email support for website changes. Email requests are not tracked and will not be processed.
- Most small updates are completed within 2-3 business days. Larger or complex requests may take longer.
- If your request goes beyond what’s included in your plan, we may charge you in accordance with our Fee Schedule.
Urgent Website Issues?
If your website is down or there’s a major issue, select "URGENT, site down" on the request form and describe what’s happening. We’ll prioritize it to get your site back up and running ASAP.
