How to Send Us Photos and Files for Your Website Requests
To keep your website project moving smoothly, we have two easy ways to submit your content, depending on how much you have to send.

Sending a Single Photo or File
If you have just one new photo, logo, or update, submit a Website Request here. This keeps all your single updates organized and ensures they are tracked properly!
Sending Multiple Files or Photos
If you have more than one file to send (e.g., multiple images, text documents, or videos):
- Combine them into one email and send it to [email protected]
- Your email must include the subject line [Your name, more images]*
- Please label your files clearly if possible
*if you fail to complete these steps, we may miss your email and we don’t want to see you frustrated.
File Types Tips
- Images: JPG (or JPEG) or PNG
- Logos: PNG, SVG or AI (ideal to have a transparent background as it will be placed on top of existing website colors)
- Text/Copy: Word, Google Docs, or plain text
- Videos: MP4 or YouTube/Vimeo Links
Your subscription includes image updates or replacements. However, if you request extensive image swaps or editing >8 times per month, a small editing fee may apply to cover the additional time involved.
