When to Choose Live Zoom Support Instead

  • If you need us to walk you through something live on screen.

  • If your issue is complex and easier to solve in real-time.

  • If you prefer face-to-face communication.

Live Zoom Session Details

  • Up to 40 minutes of live help via Zoom.
  • Requires scheduling in advance.

  • Must be canceled at least 12 hours before.
