How to Schedule A Session
- Go to your Client Portal.
- Select "Schedule Live Session" in the Website Support section.
- Choose an available time slot that works for you.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
We know that life happens and we all have busy schedules. Should you need to cancel:
- Cancel or schedule at least 12 hours before your scheduled start time.
- If you don’t cancel and don’t show up, the session will be marked as a no-show and may not be rescheduled unless you submit a new request.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
Use the confirmation email you receive after booking.
Look for the “Cancel or Reschedule” link in that email.
Alternatively, you can contact us and we’ll cancel or reschedule your booking for you.
