How to Schedule A Session

  1. Schedule your session here.
  2. Choose a time and date that works for you, and answer the required questions to better help prepare for your session. 

🚫 Cancellation Policy

We know that life happens and we all have busy schedules. Should you need to cancel:

  • Cancel or schedule at least 12 hours before your scheduled start time. 
  • If you don’t cancel and don’t show up, the session will be marked as a no-show and will not be rescheduled for you. Repeated no-shows may result in removal of this feature from your plan.

How to Cancel or Reschedule?

  • Use the confirmation email you receive after booking.

  • Look for the “Cancel or Reschedule” link in that email.
