Other Domain Providers (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)

If your domain is registered through another provider like GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Bluehost, here’s what to do:

  1. Log into your domain provider account.
  2. Find the Domain Management or DNS Settings area.
  3. Look for an option to either:
  4. If you can’t add a user, invite: [email protected] with Editor or Manager access.
    • Add a collaborator or delegate,
    • Share DNS access, or
    • Edit DNS records manually.
  5. If your provider doesn’t allow user invites, we’ll just need:
    • Your domain registrar login (sent securely), or
    • A quick screen share to walk you through connecting the domain together.
Don’t worry, we’ll guide you based on your specific provider. Just let us know where your domain is registered.
