We regularly check our websites to ensure that everything loads properly, and that your site is free from potential security bugs or issues that could arise as customers and visitors visit your site. However, we’ve also received reports regarding websites not loading and were commonly resolved with simple steps. This article is here to accelerate the time it takes for issues like this to be fixed.

Quick Steps to Try:

  1. Try a different browser or device. This checks if the issue happens on both mobile and desktop, in an attempt to isolate the issue.
  2. Clear your cache. Hold Shift + Reload or press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R to force a fresh load.
  3. Use incognito mode. This disables the cookies and cache for a clean test.
  4. Check your internet connection. Make sure that your connection is working and try loading another website.
  5. Use a status checker. Please go to DownForEveryoneOrJustMe.com to see if your site is down for others too.

Still not working?

Submit a website request with:

  • Your domain
  • A screenshot of the issue
  • Whether you’ve tried the steps above

We’ll check the server and help right away.
